The following are weekly photos of my own transformation that I did back in 2013. After that I suddenly became very popular among Online Fitness Community for obvious reasons. It was too good to be true.
It was probably so good that I got accused of not only using drugs, but also using photoshop and people even said that I was not very fat to begin with but I drank Coca Cola and ate Fast Food to inflate my belly only give an illusion of being fat.
As a sidenote, till date I do not know how to use Photoshop. I do not own a professional camera, I used a Simple Canon 12 Megapixel Digital Camera to take these photos at my home itself. I did not hire anyone to make any special enhancements to these photos. Till date I have not seeked help of any professional to make my website, which you can see from how simple my website is.
(If anyone is interested to know how I did it, I use TypePad. Its not free but its easy for tech noobs)
All those accusations can't be any farther from truth, since otherwise I wouldn't be able to show gradual progress, and also you can see bodyfat going down and muscle separation coming up every week from different areas of the body. To add to the trust factor, I held a newspaper in my hand with the date I posted these photos on to prove that I was that shape on that given day.
